Valerie Watson-Brown, Director: Originally put the 'lively’ in The Lively Crew as the founding director her boundless energy, enthusiasm and optimism is legendary. Having worked for BT, Archant and Moneyfacts Group, Valerie has vast experience, across a range of marketing disciplines, which she is happy to share with clients large and small. The sustainability and growth of the business through recessionary years is a testament to the quality and value for money service delivered by the team under her stewardship. Valerie is the esteemed winner of the 2011 Lively Crew ‘cake-off’ after a show-stopping Carrot (and hair) Cake. Valerie's trike-driving abilities are also legendary...
Faye Bullard, Marketing Manager: Faye originally worked for The Lively Crew back in 2006. She just couldn't stay away and recently returned as Marketing Manager. Faye is an experienced events expert who has worked on some of the biggest events in the UK in a varied career. Faye is also embarking on a new venture with her partner, offering luxury chartered cruises on the Norfolk Broads. Faye likes to think she can cook, but her entries into competitions to prove her claims have been hit and miss at best. However, Faye is a genius when it comes to decorating the fingernails of any hand she can get hold of.
Robert Ediker, Marketing & Sales Executive: Robert joined The Lively Crew as an apprentice from Broadland District Council, immediately impressing with his can-do attitude and ability to pick up new skills quickly. Having settled in and completed his apprenticeship, Robert soon demonstrated an incredible natural aptitude for design work and is the go-to guy with any design queries. Hailing from Eccles-on-Sea, a town without tarmac, Robert is a volunteer member of Happisburgh Lifeboat and can often be found dangling below helicopters on the weekend. Known for his trend-setting, Robert is famed for tight-trousers and long dashing locks. He makes an average cup of tea, but as the old age saying goes practice makes perfect.
Amy Beven, Marketing Assistant: Amy joined The Lively Crew as a Marketing Assistant in July 2012 as part of an NVQ through Broadland Council Training Services. Based in our Norwich office, Amy is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Her attention to detail and love of systems and spreadsheets are an invaluable asset to the team. Amy, who is a part-time model and has appeared in Glamour magazine, is also an air-guitar afficiendo, with award winning displays to The Darkness' 'I believe in a thing called love'.
Mike Brown, Business Consultant: Officially the lowest paid team member. Mike is our sounding board on strategic and financial matters and although he looks like he also tests all the cakes his appetite is strictly for meat and veg. A family business Guru he loves nothing more than getting his lively crew together for a 'family' feast of food and enterprise. Mike's passion for UK manufacturing, (drives a Jag-rides a Triumph) and sustainability is umlimited as is his passion for the region. Mike was also a founder member of Gateway A11 East (which profiled the need for dualling the A11 between Barton Mills and Thetford) and with Valerie laid the foundations to the Business Forums across Norfolk.
Ali Linford, Sales Executive Ali works part time for The Lively Crew as a sales executive for Fresh Pod and Enviro Pod. Ali loves to talk so selling comes naturally to her. When the phone isn't in her hand, Ali likes to socialise and loves to read. Ali makes a lovely cup of tea but even more impressive are her cupcakes!
Rocio Jimenez, Erasmus Entrepreneur Rocio has joined TLC for 3 months from Ceuta in Spain. A budding Entrepreneur in her country, Rocio has a keen interest in the organic fruit and vegetable sector and will be getting involved in Fresh Pod as part of the NWES Entrepreneur Scheme. Originally from Albacete, Rocio will be getting to know Norwich, and enjoys the cinema, reading and travelling.
