Inspired by Combat Bootcamp, we have decided to set-up a new fitness regime at our Norwich HQ, designed to get the blood and adrenaline pumping.

Under the catchy moniker of '20,20,20,20' all The Lively Crew staff members indulge in 20 sit-ups, 20 press-ups, 20 squats and 20 seconds of the plank. The idea is to counter the many baked good which appear in the office during the course of the week. At this moment there are a selection of biscuits, jaffa cakes, cream cakes and scones which the team are valiantly making their way through.

If you want to help unburden the team and enjoy a biscuit and cup of tea, pop by. We probably won't even make you burn them off afterwards...

We have a busy week inside and outside our Norwich HQ this week, with Fruit Focus and Combat Bootcamp alongside our other client work.

On Tuesday and Wednesday this week Valerie and Andy will be in Kent representing the money-saving, revolutionary Fresh Pod, which utilises ethylene control to keep fruit and veg fresher for upto four times as long as normal. 100% natural and non-toxic, Fresh Pod is a vital cog in the fight against climate change, which can save the average UK family over £400 a year in wasted food. Over 6.7 million tonnes of uneaten food is thrown away in the UK each year, which is terrible news for both the environment and our wallets a loss Fresh Pod can prevent.

Earlier in the week, our Marketing Manager Andy will, along with his football team, be put through his paces by Norfolk military fitness experts Combat Bootcamp. In the middle of a gruelling pre-season Andy has enlisted the support of our sister company to help ensure his side are fighting fit by the start of the season.

We are also delighted to be able to announce that Nicolas Hamilton has agreed to become an ambassador of Disabled Motoring UK, after joining us on the Alps Challenge.
