70 local business people, local
MP’s and others from Thetford, Attleborough and Forest Heath areas met for
breakfast at the Elveden Courtyard Restaurant to celebrate the dualling of the
final stretch of the A11. The road connects Barton Mills, Suffolk with
Thetford, Norfolk and will improve considerably the access in and out of
Norfolk. “Open for Business” speakers at the breakfast included Richard
Bridgman a founder member of the Gateway A11 East pressure group, Liz Truss MP
and George Freeman MP, James Waters Leader of Forest Heath Council, Lord Iveagh
and Canon Bob Baker.
